What if I need something done that you don’t offer?
Not to worry! Please reach out anyways, if it’s definitely something I’m not able to do, I’ll help you find the right person for the job.
Do you work with clients outside of Calgary/Alberta?
Yes! I work with clients all across Canada.
Do you work with clients from the USA?
Sadly, not at this time. Cross-border taxes and money stuff is complicated.
What is your process like?
It all begins the moment you reach out. We’ll have a brief meeting (either virtually or in-person, if you’re nearby), talk about the project and your goals, and then I’ll determine whether or not I’m the right one for the job. There will be some paperwork and exchanging of important information (like design files, copy, or login info). And then the magic* will begin!

How long does a project take?
Great question! Unfortunately, there is no right answer. Timelines vary on the type of project and the scope. For example, a brand new website could take between 4-8 weeks to create, but it depends on a number of things (such as number of pages, use of animations, type of website, etc). If you want a more accurate estimate, please fill out my inquiry form.
How much do your services cost?
Another great question! I use transparent, project-based pricing – no hourly rates (unless you are already an established client of mine). Every quote is customized to your specific needs and scope, clearly outlined from the start.
What do I need to have ready before we work together?
Ideally…high-resolution logos, login info for your hosting provider/domain, and high-resolution images with credit (whether that be photos taken in-house or purchased stock photos).
Do you offer payment plans?
For most projects, payments are divided into instalments that are broken up into phases that go along with the project timeline (40/20/20/20).
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Studies have shown that 64% of all internet traffic is done on our mobile devices. So, yes. Your website will be designed mobile-first!
Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance?
Yes! We’ll discuss what’s included in your services when we go over the contract.
What platforms do you build on?
Primarily WordPress! I am currently familiarizing myself with sites like Framer & Webflow.
